Derek + Emily got married at one of my all time favorite venues to shoot at: West Milford Farm. The farm is all rustic chic and is basically a photographer disneyland. But, thats not even why I am so in love with Derek + Emily’s day. Derek and Emily have a cool, easy kind of love. The kind that just draws you in and makes you believe in ever after stories. They’re also that fun couple that you want to go out drinking with- they’re basically relationship goals if we’re being honest. (Did I mention they let their dog, Figaro, wander around during the ceremony? Goals you guys).
Their day was filled with two of my most favorite things: sun drenched portraits and pure, unadulterated, raw joy.
{Fun fact: I share a name with the new Mr + Mrs Dailey! We were a match made in heaven! (Though, I won’t lie it did cause my brain a little over time work during the reception realizing I wasn’t always the one being called!)}
