Carter + Emily had the most beautiful wedding day! They got married at Perrys Landing in Hephzibah, GA which, if you’ve been there before, you know it is one of THE most romantic venues.
Hailing from Moultrie, GA, Emily went to college in Milledgeville, Ga (Georgia College). At the same time that Emily had left Moultrie, Carter, originally from Augusta, then moved to Moultrie for a job. (Y’all THEY NEVER MET! EMILY LEFT MOULTRIE AND CARTER ARRIVED!) In February of 2016, out with mutual friends, the two finally met! (Yay!) After meeting, the two continued to talk and a few weeks later had their first official date at The Brick in Milledgeville! Living over an hour apart wasn’t the easiest but they made it work. And y’all, the rest is history!
You may remember Emily + Carter from their precious engagement photos with their pups (included to the right). Well, their wedding was just as beautiful! The ceremony was stunning. And the reception was overflowing with all the warm fuzzies and love of their family and friends (and not to mention some incredible music that was pretty hard to resist dancing to….spoiler: I was unable to resist). It was such an incredibly beautiful day to be a part of and I couldn’t have been more honored to be a part of documenting their love story.
