Jesse + Stephanie got married at one of my all time favorite venues: Pine Knoll Farms in Appling, GA. Its a sweet farm tucked away in the trees with horses as far as the eye can see and an open air chapel. CAN YOU SAY ROMANTIC?! (And as an added bonus, the getting ready room has so much beautiful natural light, which from a photography perspective, is a total home run!)
And while we’re talking about romance..I have to take a sidebar here to tell you the romantic way that Jesse proposed to Stephanie…WITH A PUPPY! (Swoon). Okay, now back to the wedding day..
Their wedding day was all about the southern rustic elegance. The forecast for the day called for rain ALL DAY. But, we couldn’t have been more fortunate-we were able to dodge the rain and get all of their portraits done. (YAY!) And, they still got to collect the good luck that rain on your wedding day brings! (Fun fact: rain on your wedding day is lucky because a wet knot is harder to untie).
It couldn’t have been more of a pleasure getting to know this sweet couple and to be a part of documenting their wedding day! Congratulations love birds! xo
