Heres the thing about being a business owner: It’s freaking hard. Don’t get me wrong..being a wedding photographer is a blast (love stories + wedding cake every weekend anybody?!) But it isn’t just all the pretty squares you get to see on instagram (hell, I wish it was as pretty behind the scenes as instagram would have you believe!). It’s a job that involves exhaustingly hard work, seemingly endless office hours, some emotionally taxing days and at times crippling self doubt. (Shout out to my husband and margaritas for being my on call therapists).
But heres the thing…the joy all of your clients turned friends bring you? HOLY FREAKING CRAP. You guys make it all so worth it. I would take all those nights where I can’t see straight because I stared at a computer screen for far too many hours, all the exhaustion and all the worry..I’d do it any day for all of you. Seriously.
My career is LITERALLY being a professional third wheel. And I freaking love it. And honest to God, on the tough days I step back and I look at your beautiful wedding days and your beautiful families, and I say a little prayer that I’ll be able to do this for the rest of my life. Life is about love. Period. Nothing else is worth your time. And all of you let me in on the most precious thing you have: your love stories. Whether you are getting married or starting a family thats YOUR story and its a love you protect so fiercely. You guys have given me the greatest gift. Every single week you give this Disney loving girl proof that fairytales don’t just belong in movies. (And honestly, if true love isn’t magic then I don’t know what is).

Now, we’re going to move on to the freaking epic photos of Rob + India! And, honestly, FREAKING EPIC is the only way to describe these two. They are both so full of energy, character and heart-meltingly-precious love. Editing their gallery had me with ALL THE FEELS. India is literally Queen Bride. Their reception was one epic party. And their love y’all!!!!!!!!! There aren’t enough exclamation marks and emojis to explain. I can’t even articulate it…words aren’t my thing. Photos are. So here they are…
