Bianca + Matt got married at the ever beautiful Perrys Landing in Augusta, GA. This is one of my absolute favorite venues to shoot at —its just so darn beautiful and you can get all the photographer approved romantic vibes here! It rained ALL day on their wedding day. Seriously. The only reprieve from the rain that we got were a few drizzly and misty moments. As the groom is Irish, the couple not only embraced the rain but welcomed the extra wedding day luck with open arms. A dense fog enveloped the surrounding fields leaving them in their own private little world for the nuptials. These two were total troopers. We shot their first look and couples portraits amidst a constant drizzle, and at times a full rain. The bride happily hopped through the grass and mud in her boots and just enjoyed all the cozy snuggles with her betrothed. It rained so hard that the ceremony ended up being pushed until after dark but these two just embraced every curve and turn their wedding day threw at them with grace and joy. They got to say I do under the beautiful twinkling lights that Perrys Landing has so romantically assembled. It could not have been a bigger pleasure to spend this rainy wedding day photographing such a sweet couple. These two had such a warm love for one another that just watching them interact gave you all the warm fuzzies! Congratulations, Bianca + Matt!!
